Terms & Conditions
- Bookings accepted only on this signed official Company booking. A TOTAL OF 6 MILES FOR THE DAY should be taken into consideration when planning the route - distances more than this should be discussed before booking.
- Customers must notify Capital Carriages of any hills on the preferred route and realise that horse drawn vehicles have limitations and the carriage driver must retain the right to alter the preferred route.
- To eliminate the possibility of damage to the interior of the carriages, clients are not allowed to drink or smoke whilst in the carriages. Further charges will be incurred for any damage to the carriage caused by irresponsible behaviour of any guests.
- A non-returnable booking fee of 20% is required to secure the day when returning this booking form. The balance to be paid no later than14 days before the event on receipt of our Invoice.
- Capital Carriages will make every effort to provide the turnout requested, but must retain the right of substitution in cases of illness and/or damage to the vehicle
- Customers must bring to the attention of the coachman, or a representative of Capital Carriages, anything that is not to their satisfaction at the completion of our horse-drawn service.
- CANCELLATION; in the event of the booking being
cancelled, the client must notify Capital Carriages immediately
in writing, failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee at the
discretion of Capital Carriages. Cancellations less than
a month before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
